Description

ARDEX A 38 is a rapid set cement screed that has been designed for all types of floor coverings and is especially effective when installing moisture sensitive coverings. In addition it is compatible with ARDEX entire PANDOMO range. ARDEX A 38 produces a screed that improves on-site efficiencies by allowing traffic shortly after application and laying of the floor covering on the same day. The screed can be used as a:

• bonded screed
• unbonded screed (on a slipsheet or insulating layer)
• as a heated screeds

• Working Time:
  Can be walked on and is ready to receive tiles after 8 hours
  Ready for Terrazzo and smoothing cements after 24 hours
  Ready to receive resilient and textile floor coverings and parquet after 2 days
• Thickness:
  The nominal screed thickness when mixed with ARDEX Gravel Mix aggregate is:
  Unbonded at least 35mm; and preferably 40mm thick
  Bonded screed it must be at least 15mm
